Ralyn Shoe Grips Heel Pad keep your heel from sliding and hurting while you walk in your high heels or everyday shoes. Ideal for mid and high heel shoes, or any shoe with a painful back. Smooth molded edges will not snag hose.

Directions: Clean heel of shoe with rubbing alcohol. Let dry thoroughly. Place in shoe, where your heel rests or where you have heel discomfort, and test position for comfort. Trim edges with scissors for a more exacting fit, if necessary. Remove backing and press firmly.
