Ralyn Pedimates Cushioned Pads keep your feet from sliding forward in your high heels. Shock absorbent cushioned pads keep your feet from sliding forward for a more comfortable fit. Ideal for mid and high heel shoes. Smooth molded edges will not snag hose.

Directions: Clean lining of shoe with rubbing alcohol. Let dry thoroughly. Place in shoe, as far forward as possible, where the ball of your foot rests and test position for comfort. Trim edges with scissors for a more exacting fit, if necessary. Remove backing and press firmly.
